Are you a LOW QUALITY/LOW COST Business like WALMART, SHOPRITE OR MR PRICE?

Are you a HIGH QUALITY/ LOW COST business like UBER?

Notice! All these companies i mentioned are all breathtakingly successful, so the position does not matter, its the EXECUTION of the strategy that matters.

Your positioning in the mind of your customers is what will determine the kinds of customers you’ll attract.

Be known for something in the market and very soon you’ll become an authority in that thing.

Don’t sell Tomato today, and Cars tomorrow. Choose your niche and go deep in it be the absolute best at it.

If your niche for example is to coach single fathers, then be an authority in that.
