One the reasons why people prevent themselves from going after their goals is the magnitude of their goals in their heart.

Let’s say you want to lose seventy kilograms, in your heart that will look and sound huge and usually if the benefit of change is not higher than the cost of change, you’ll not change.

My suggestion is- BREAK YOUR GOAL INTO ITS TINIEST BIT then attack and accomplish each bit. That will build up your self confidence and improve your momentum and motivation towards achieving the ultimate goal.

1.Write down every thing and action you’ll need to achieve your goal from the smallest to the biggest.

2. Start taking action on the smallest item on your list.

And that might just mean: pay for your gym membership, send out letters, call someone, etc .

Remember your days turn into weeks, weeks into months, and months into years, never under estimate the power of small wins.
