  3. Exercise a bit before the call this puts your emotion in an empowering state
  4. Establish in your heart the purpose for the call is it to: follow up, close a sale, or book a meeting

 WHAT TO DO DURING THE CALL

  1. Block out time for the call and stick to it. Is it from 9 am to 9:30 am?
  2. Record the call for improvement on the next days call activity
  3. Turn off your internet during the call to avoid notification distraction
  4. Get specific next steps from the client like when to make the next call specifically

WHAT TO DO AFTER THE CALL

  1. Make a written note on the next specific step
  2. Show gratitude to God for the sale made or lost
